May 2, 2009Today I went to Emerald Downs for only the second time in my whole life! No, actually, I am incorrect. I have gone there plenty of times to eat lunch with my mommy, but today I went as a fan. It was Kentucky Derby Day!!! We had so much fun. My daddy's work got a suite and so I was very comfortable watching the races all day long. My mommy was working, but she stopped by alot to say "hi" and see me. I told daddy all the horses that I thought were pretty, but he didn't listen to me and bet on other horses instead. Needless to say he lost all the money he came with! Next time he'll listen to me...
